Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel perfectly cozy in your Warmies; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location listed on your return label within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
